Christy Williams, the Owner and Operator of Over Flow Food Truck, LLC, is a US Air Force Veteran and a local minority small business owner.  Her company name was inspired by the Bible verse, "As we follow the word of God and pay our tithes and offerings, the Lord will open the windows of heaven and pour down blessings that there will not be room enough to receive them!" (Malachi 3:10)
